As a creative agency, we pledge to stand to denounce racism in all its forms within our practice by:
1. Making and taking time to talk to our Black colleagues, suppliers and friends about what belonging and racial equity looks like within their lives and work.
2. Actively seeking out inclusion and equality projects to use our skills and experience to support the fight against discrimination.
3. To work with more Black creatives and other professionals on design, creative and marketing projects on a freelance and partnership basis where opportunities allow, or where we are able to develop opportunities.
